This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Stingray New Zealand Limited. You will be charged in the currency which you have chosen to shop. Stingray New Zealand Limited reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.

SHIPPING

We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. All our items are professionally packed for safe international delivery. We ship all products by airmail using New Zealand Post. This usually takes between 4 and 10 days depending on the delivery service in the destination country. We do not deliver to Postal Boxes or Private Bag addresses.

We normally ship our products within one business day unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within one business day we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Our shipping & handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Orders which may exceed the size or weight restrictions of NZ Post will require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed within 1 working day.

Our products are delivered with free insurance when you purchase from Stingray Zealand Limited. In the highly unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund - the choice is yours.

Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

PAYMENT

Payment options provided by Stingray New Zealand Limited are Visa and MasterCard only.

OWNERSHIP

When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. Stingray New Zealand Limited will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.

RETURNS POLICY

If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim must be filed with Stingray New Zealand within 30 days from receipt of goods. Email details of your claim to info@stingraynz.com . A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.

The following options will be made available:
Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited). Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
